A joint project of Amot (50%) and Allied Real Estate (50%) for the planning and construction of a mixed-use project totaling 103,000 sqm. of office, retail and hotel space, following the companies winning a tender published by the Israel Land Authority and Jerusalem Economy.
The project’s architect, Ron Arad, is a renown international architect for his talent and projects, including the impressive project of ToHa, owned by Amot.
The project is located at the entrance to Jerusalem, near the express train station, the central station and a number of light rail stations. Project planning includes 200 parking spaces in an underground public parking lot.
Total construction costs are estimated at NIS 1.1 billion and completion is expected in 2027.
