FOUNDER PRESIDENT & CEO

Nathan Hetz is a founder of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. Since November 1989, Mr. Hetz has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, director and principal shareholder. He currently serves on the board of Amot Investments Ltd., Carr Properties Corp., PSP Swiss Property AG and Energix Renewable Energy Ltd. Mr. Hetz received a B.A. in Accounting from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Moti Barzilay brings with him years of experience in Strategic Planning & Investment Banking. Prior to joining Alony Hetz, he was a partner at Deloitte, where he headed the Corporate Finance practice in Israel. Mr. Barzilay currently serves on the boards of Amot Investments Ltd in Israel, Carr Properties Corp in DC, JVs with Oxford Properties in Boston and Brockton Everlast in London. Mr. Barzilay received an MBA in Finance and Strategy as well as a BA in Economics and Accounting, both from Tel-Aviv University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Oren Frenkel has served as Chief Financial Officer since the beginning of 2008, directing and supervising the Company’s financial reporting, treasury operations and cash management. Mr. Frenkel a former partner in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he led the economic advisory department. Mr. Frenkel has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. He is a certified public accountant in Israel and the United States.

CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL

Mr. Hanan Feldmus, adv. was appointed the Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2007. Previously Hanan Feldmus was an associate and later a partner in the Efrati-Galili & co.
law firm (1993-2007).
Hanan Feldmus has been a member of the Israel Bar since 1986 and holds a degree in law (LLB) from Tel Aviv University (from 1984).
